Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled up until 24 hours before the delivery without any penalty.
Same day Cancellation: 100% of invoice
Special Corporate Event Function / Reception may be cancelled up until 3 business days before the event without any penalty.
Less than 3 business days will be charged 100 % of the invoice.
Weddings, outdoor events or special private events may be cancelled up until 2 weeks before the event without any penalty.
Less than 2 weeks will be charged 100% of the invoice.
Delivery
The charge for the delivery varies depending on your location / state and the amount of set up required. Please refer additional
information at Miscellaneous Fees section. Deliveries are allotted at 30 minute window during peak hour. As orders are taken on
first come, first serve basis, we strongly recommend advance planning.
Billing
We offer corporate credit accounts, which can be established by submitting a corporate credit application. Applications take
approximately 7 days to process. Accounts are billed net 20. Interest and attorney’s fees for late payments will be enforced on all
outstanding invoices past 20 days. For questions about ordering or opening an account, please call 202-331-3354. All approved credit
accounts are due 30 days net. American Express, MasterCard, Visa are accepted for all other orders.
Disposables & Presentation
Unless otherwise arranged, all orders are presented on ceramic platters and chafers.
For a no additional charge, we offer disposable Platters upon request.

Attendance
